I agree to pay the remaining balance in full at least [7] days before the event date. I acknowledge that failure to do so may result in the cancellation of my booking with Pixel Perfect Photo Booth Rental without a refund of the deposit.*

I agree that the photo booth service provided by Pixel Perfect Photo Booth Rental is for the specified time as booked. Any request for overtime is subject to availability and will incur additional charges, payable before the extended service begins.*

I agree that I am responsible for any damages to the photo booth equipment caused by myself, my guests, or other attendees during the event. I understand that any repair or replacement costs will be billed to me by Pixel Perfect Photo Booth Rental.*

I understand that this photobooth is setup to have 4 to 8 people in a picture at a time and should not be a substitute for a professional photographer. *

I agree that while Pixel Perfect Photo Booth Rental will make every effort to provide uninterrupted service, technical issues or unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, Pixel Perfect Photo Booth Rental will offer a partial refund or rescheduling, depending on the situation.*

I agree to provide adequate space, access to power, and any necessary permits for the photo booth setup at the event venue. I understand that failure to do so may result in delays or inability to provide the service, with no refund.*

I agree to allow Pixel Perfect Photo Booth Rental to use any photos taken during the event for promotional purposes. (Optional)
